salade-Nordique.jpg4 fillets of mild smoked herring branded Emile Fournier & Fils (= 1 vacuum-packed bag of 200 g), 2 steamed potatoes,1 cooked beet, 1 apple, 1 cucumber, 1 onion, either 2 diner spoons of chopped dill or heads of fennel, mayo, 1 hard-boiled egg. 

- Cut in small dice the smoked herring fillets, the peeled potatoes, the cooked beet and the apple. 

- Peel and slice thinly the cucumber et the onion.

- Season with the prepared mayonnaise and serve freshly sprinkled with some chopped hard-boiled egg.

4 fillets of mild smoked herring branded Emile Fournier & Fils (= 1 vacuum-packed bag of 200 g),25 cl of double cream, some stalks of chive, pepper.


- Arrange the fillets of smoked herring in a dish adapted in microwaves.

- Coat them generously of double cream, sprinkle with  finely cut  chive and pepper.

- Cook 1 minute in microwaves oven. 

- Accompany them with steamed potatoes and seasoned green salad.

hareng-fum-lingot.jpg4 fillets of mild smoked herring branded Emile Fournier & Fils (= 1 vacuum-packed bag of 200 g),200g of white beans, 2 big tomatoes, 1 onion, dressing, parsley.

- Cook the white beans and cool them

- Cut the fillets of smoked herring in strips.

- Wash and cut the tomatoes in pieces.

- Peel and cut slice thinly in fine slices onions.
Mix all the ingredients in the vinaigrette and add the parsley.

hareng-pommes-huile.jpg4 fillets of mild smoked herring branded Emile Fournier & Fils (= 1 vacuum-packed bag of 200 g), 8 small potatoes, 2 diner spoons of oil, 1/2 diner
spoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 chopped shallot, parsley and pepper.

- Cook potatoes.

- Cut the fillets of herring in dice.

- Season with pepper, oil, parsley, vinegar and finely chopped shallot.

- Serve warm.
